Return, Refund, & Shipping Policies

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
I do not accept returns or exchanges on any personalized items unless it is a mistake on our end. Exchanges are allowed on any items that are not personalized but the customer is responsible for the return costs. Please make sure you read the description and sizing of all items before checking out. Also make sure to follow all instructions while checking out. Any information that is not provided when you check out will delay your delivery.

For Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

For Exchanges: JKSN & Co. is responsible for shipping fees.

RETURN TIME

You may return any item that is not personalized within 14 days of purchase, and tags must still be attached to the item and in original condition.

REFUND POLICY

Once an item has been returned to us and received, we will process your refund in the original form of payment which takes usually 3-5 business days to show up on your statement.

SHIPPING POLICY

Turnaround Time: All orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday-Friday (9AM-5PM EST). Shipping times may be slightly delayed during launch weeks.

Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx

Order Tracking: A tracking number is provided once the order is marked as completed by our shipping department. We will update your order with the tracking information, and you will receive tracking information via email once this has been completed.

Shipping Rates: The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
